This website is operated by Gliant LLC, doing business as Clinical Safety Works. It is informational and collects as little data as possible.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, organization, role and message. The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation. We may also use what you tell us, in aggregate, to inform our research. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and handles its traffic, including standard server logs. Resend delivers form submissions to us by email. Our business email provider stores the resulting correspondence.

Patient information

Please do not send patient information or other protected health information through this site. It is not a channel for clinical care or client data.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries for as long as they are useful to the relationship or as recordkeeping obligations require. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, use the contact form.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
